Retro Paradox
The drive thru staff in the afternoons is always nice and quick. They get my food out super fast. The inside is always incredibly clean. I have been ordering here for a long time and always appreciated the hard work and speed of all the workers here!

I don’t why the changes ( to all locations ) to have mostly online ordering . It took 10 mins for someone to even look at the front and notice my kids and I there .. not a single person was actually friendly then it took 20 mins to get my food . Which I got cold . . Don’t even get me started out he fact you have to ask someone for napkins .. and again. No one stays at the front anymore. They removed their drink machine . Wth is going on McDonald’s..

Ordered 2 fish filet sandwiches and French fries. The fries were unfortunately a but on the soggy side and I only ate half. The first fish was fine, no issues. The second, I picked it up and found a long dark hair. It was under the bun and my hair is red. This was the first time experiencing a hair in food from this location. The fries I’m used to and should ask for fresh or unsalted, but for how busy it was, I thought they would be fresh.

They always overcharge since they never can actually get all the items ordered and paid for in the bag. I think they’re shortchanging on purpose at this point.

We just had our dinner delivered and what do you know…two cheeseburgers were missing, an order of fries was missing and one of the drinks was wrong. Since we had it delivered, all that McDonald’s will do is give us a refund. We’ll either have to pay another fee to have the missing items delivered, go hungry, or go pick it up ourselves, which we didn’t want to do in the first place, (hence paying for delivery) this happens so often at this particular location that my kids have noticed. It’s pretty sad that a 7, 9 and 11 year old is surprised on the rare occasions when our order is correct. There’s no incentive when getting paid by the hour, maybe they should get paid by the amount of orders done correctly.

Just ordered from this mcds, I asked for no onions on my burger (because I’m allergic mind you) and I got onions, can’t eat the burgers now, I got chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce and got sweet and sour instead, I asked for a large sprite and payed for a LARGE WATER! the worst part is almost every time I order from here they mess it up horribly to the point I barely eat from mcdolnalds any more and I don’t think after today I plan on coming back after the countless chances I’ve given this restruant to turn them selfs around over the past 6 months, take my advise, mcds got TOO expensive after they started charging more than a buck 19 for a McChicken and with such poor customer service It’s better to go almost litterly anywhere else for better food at sometimes better prices or a bit higher but we’ll worth it.

Placed a mobile web order this opening. I was charged and had the mobile receipt. Upon pickup, I was told that there was a problem with my order. They couldn’t see it on their end. Instead of honoring the ordering, which I provided the voice number for, they directed me to cancel the order on the app because it was an app issue, not a franchisee issue. Except, there wasn’t a spot to cancel the order. So I was charged and didn’t receive my purchase. Been going to this McDonald’s for years now without any issues. I will never go here again.
