The Fries are always hot and fresh and the sandwiches are pretty much on point!! The biggest complaint Is that the daily opening times are never constant! I have gone by there many times in the last 6-8 months after 6 am to find out they are not open, or no one there to open the store, or the person with the Keys isn’t in yet. (window hours states 0500 open in) Great way to ruin a day when you cant get your breakfast before work.

Customers service is meh. I went in today to get my Fry’s exchanged because they were cold after I left the drive through and went straight home smh. So I asked the girl nicely and she literally in front of me rolled her eyes and mutter under her breath to the other girl up front. Most of the time when I come there is usually an issue with my food and today I decided to say something about it and got another terrible experience. Won’t be choosing this location again

This is the third time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s to try to get a cup of coffee before work and they’re not open it’s now 5:28 and they’re still not open called and said they’d be open in 15-20 minutes people have work to be at This is on a military base so time is of the essence They got their $15 an hour and they can’t even show up to work on time

Staying in lodging on base. No car to use this AM. Lobby is closed at McDonalds. Stood in line with cars and waited my turn. Voice request ignored a speaker box. Stood in line with cars and waited my turn. Approached order window with credit card in hand and was told that I could not order without a car. Remained calm and asked why. No answer was provided. I promptly left without any further comment.

This mcdonalds is usually fairly busy. The breakfast crew does the best and is always way more polite and officiant in my opinion. This morning the speaker system wasn’t working and they had a system worked out for it that worked well and was no chaotic. I had ordered breakfast through the app thinking breakfast was over at 11 but it was over at 10. We arrived around 10:30, they still made the breakfast for us even tho the kitchen had already been turned over, it wasnt as good as normal, i think it was likely done in the microwave but i believe everything was handled to the best of their ability and professionally.

The guy taking our order kept asking us is that all for you after each thing we kept ordering. So in the speaker we told him we will tell u when we are done ordering. And he said that we do not need your rudeness. Then once we got to do the second window the guy gave me us our food said the same thing, except he said we will not help you next time you are rude. But we were not rude we asked the guy taking the order to please stop interrupting and we will tell you when we are done.
