I usually don’t say much about mcdonalds, its a fast food machine aves that’s all. When the grandkids want it for dinner, I go get it for them. From the drive through ordering to receiving the food at the window that took forever and was way more expensive now since covid, the food was horrible and cold. The cheeseburgers looked and tasted like show leather, the fries which are their flagship item were limp and cold, to the 20 piece nugget meal were dry old pieces of wood… this meal deal combo was over 22.00 dollars, and was so bad I threw it out and had to cook them something else for dinner… this is a joke, nothing was worth a penny of my money. It’s about the kids, and they had to wait while I made them food from home… never going back, I’m done with them

8/10/23 We intentionally arrived @ 10:30 am to get some nice, fresh cheeseburgers, upset but not surprised when finding hard, dried out buns, cheese & meat tasted like microwaved yesterday burgers. Not surprised McDonald’s is nothing like years ago, selling re-heated burgers @ 10:30 am is pathetic! We will not be back ever!!! Shame, shame, shame. Go to Wendy’s for some good, hot fresh food!!!!

7:30 am and the place is horrible, trash everywhere, not a single clean table. 5 people in line, 2 employees just standing at the counter doing nothing, told everyone they had to use the kiosks. Kiosks are lagy like a home computer from the 90s.

I went to this place with my adult kid’s, and i ordered a biscuit with cheese, that wasn’t melted, that cost $4.19. They ordered the cold coffee, or frappe chino, or whatever, that was not filled, so my daughter asked the lady to put more coffee in it for the money that we spent. The lady told her NO AND THERE’S A LINE THAT IT’S FILLED TO, AND THAT’S ALL YOU GET! !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND $44.35 AGAIN AT MCROBNALDS!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WHO DOES THAT!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO, I WOULD!!

I mobile ordered and pulled up around 11:30 and there was a glitch so I had to pay at the window which was fine, I also hadn’t realized they were so close to closing and had to heat the ovens back up for my cookie tote. They informed me it would be a few minutes and asked me to park out front. About 5-10 minutes later the very friendly cashier came out and brought me delicious fresh cookies and the manager right behind him to hand me my fairly large order. The manager was very apologetic for the wait and included some apple pies and extra which was stellar. As I was leaving and pulled out waiting at the red light to head home the manager ran back out again waving his arms and when I rolled my window down he was yelling “sauce!!” because they had forgotten the sauce for my nuggets. I pulled back around into the parking lot and sure enough he came out shortly after with a small bag filled up with every kind of sauce they had. I said “you guys are awesome” and I truly mean it! I wanted to write this review as soon as I got home because despite it being so close to closing they went above and beyond for me to make sure everything was right. This store has a killer night crew and I want to especially thank the closing manager that was there on Saturday 10/09/22

When you order to go at this place. They always makes mistakes. Giving Cx half of their orders. Calling to ask why. They dont read orders. Manager at this location is just a disgrace. Told me they dont know how to read thats why mistake happens does not offer any resolution even though we have paid for it. Asked for name of the manager. She hang up on Cx. Welcome to Usa and their customer services. After those people wonder why they get paid min wage.

On April 17th, I placed an order through the app. The app said the order was ready. I went inside to pick it up, and there was no record of the order on their end. Not only that, they had a long line of patrons waiting for food, and the staff was failing to acknowledge anyone except the one customer who was placing 6 separate orders. The staff was only speaking in Spanish as well, visibly frantic and clearly disorganized.
