I love mcdonalds breakfast. But this location is very judging. I see many regulars like myself come in the morning and sit for hours and conversate over coffee. But since I am homeless and don’t look the best always they treated me so much differently than they do any other customer and but was done eating my food and was only drinking my coffee using my phone on the free wifi with a plan to leave once my coffee was finished. Yet they kicked me out and said they can’t have me sitting there. Why? Because of my appearance. This felt very bad to be treated this way. A paying customer but treated differently because my looks.

Every ( I mean EVERY) time I use this drive through I have to go around to the front and park to wait for my food. It doesn’t matter if I am ordering for 1 person or if I’m ordering for all 8 in our house. I completely understand when ordering for all 8 of us to have to park and wait, but when it is just me or me and the hubby ordering regular menu items this seems a bit absurd.

One payment and pickup window for two lanes is simply chaotic and hardly functional. To make matters worse, there was someone in the parking lot directing the lanes, instead of that staff member being inside and helping to expedite order preparation. This made the waiting time even longer and seemed like a colossal waste of human resources. The two-lane system also leads to arguments between customers who feel they are being skipped or left waiting while the other lane is moving. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a simple, quick trip to grab a meal.

They are taking way too long in the drive thru. I have to blow heat into me, which is 90F+ weather, cause my vehicle will overheat if I leave it running too long on idle. Of course, this is a vehicle issue, not them, but it’s also wasting my time & everyone else ahead or behind me. It’s so STUPID. It took me 40 mins to get my food

Clean, quick, courteous, and consistent. You can not ask for more from a fastfood joint. Oh and the food quality is clean and tasty for a McDonald’s. It’s safe to eat here.
