Not sure where to begin. First coffee was burnt and Luke warm. The cashier tried to upcharge me when I was on a limited budget. I needed to charge my phone so I could download the app so I got a coffee so I could sit inside and charge. There was an employee sitting in the dining room and she ignored me twice giving her a compliment. The soap dispensers were broken and I never got soap our any of the times I went to the bathroom. I watched what I believe was an employee giving food and bottle drinks away and I didn’t even get to finish my first cup of coffee before I was told I was asking for money which I wasn’t and made to leave. When I said I was videoing the attitude of the employees makes me wonder if anyone should be taking toddlers to. They are not fit to cook for dogs let alone kids. If this is family friendly I’d hate to see what’s not. Wonder what the health department would say about the soap. Don’t waste your money at a place with no respect or hand soap.

I waited 5 minutes to order. One employee just walked pass thru the counter said nothing like we will be with you. Nothing. Once I ordered I waited 10 minutes and noticed my order # was not on there board? An employee came back from her break and asked if I was still waiting, she got my meal almost cold they forgot me. Higher prices and there signature $1.00 soda gone, replaced with a $1.39 one time soda. Less CUSTOMER service. We survive better. Thank you, I work retail and I care for my customers like there my nabour. And are the reason I have a job. This is not the new norm. You need to get out of the way. I’m the same norm, my customers come first I lesson I don’t hide behind a wall with my head down. Have some company pride. Sorry company pride is where you show you care.

Ordered a quarter pounder patty was found rare pink inside with red blood. Told the manager, it took them 3 tries to get a mcdonalds patty that was cooked from the inside. But even on the 3rd try the patty was a single patty and not a 1/4 patty that I ordered.

Went thru drive thru, ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese mcMuffins. Pulled away son pulled out sandwich, had ham instead of sausage. I quickly went back around and told employee the problem, she told me to pull up to window. When I did, I tried to give her back the bag, but she wouldn’t take it and started to argue with me that that was what I ordered. She then closed the window so I looked at her and dropped the bag on the ground and drove away. I do not eat ham, so I know I did not order that. If you make a mistake, own it. Will never go back to Phoenix McDonalds ever. Nor will my family and friends.

I really need to start checking these before just leaving. Usually never have any issues with them but this is the second time they’ve done this now and not given me a receipt. I asked for a six piece chicken nugget happy meal with extra fries. They threw in a box of nuggets and called it good. I shouldn’t be paying nearly six bucks for nuggets in a box.

Food was good but could have been crisper. I was disappointed not to get a FREE Refill , I get those on the East Coast. To have Refills, has customers to return. The Men’s restroom had no toilet paper for my Tail Feathers.

This used to be the best McDonald’s in the valley. Today was not that day. Our order was given to another customer, and when the cashier reentered the order back into the computer, she entered it wrong. We ordered three sausage McMuffin with egg with no cheese, and one sausage McMiffin with egg and cheese, six hash hashbrowns, hot cakes with scramble eggs, medium orange soda, large rootbeer, and a large Carmel Frappuccino. What We got was sausage McMuffin with cheese, no egg, hot cakes with a sausage patty, no eggs, two Frappuccinos that had not been blended very well, because there was large ice chunks at the bottom of the cup.
