No free refills on drinks if you’re eating in the dining room. Drink syrup are one of the most profitable items available in a restaurant and they’re being extremely cheap. And then they’ll lie and tell you it’s company wide. Cheap franchisee. Won’t be back.

Terrible food, the chicken nuggets were old, I order a Mc chicken sandwich that came only with a pair of buns and a flat crispy chicken (at least the chicken was fresh that I ate) – Missing the lettuce and mayo! And I order a strawberry pie that looked half baked and was crushed. To whom ever made my food – Waaaaay to go Newbie! Work better at preparing the food.

Did a mcdelivery and when I got my food my Dr Pepper was watered down and not filled up all the way like the machine was running out like why give it to someone?? The fries were stale cold and soggy, and the mcrispy had no sauce on it, the double bacon qtr pounder was covered in oil or grease, and the meat wasn’t cooked all the way absolute worse service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s never will I go there again the whole order except the sprite was ruined

Burger was very average. Curbside service was non-existent. There was only one numbered slot, and it was oddly number two. I had to go inside to get my order after waiting for 15 minutes. And then it tasted fairly blah.

We both ordered quarter pounders with big mac sauce. We both got quarter pounders with no big mac sauce but a big mac bun.. is that even a thing people intentionally order? The french fries were cold the last few times haven’t been very good either. They taste like they’re fried in over-used old grease. Yuk. McDonalds french fries used to be my favorite fast food french fries. I hope this is not a standard now with whatever their using. Anyway… You can do better guys ‍♀️

Paid for and ordered my breakfast food in line through the mobile app before breakfast ended. Got to the window not even a minute after the screen transitioned and they said they cancelled my order. Yet they never refunded me until I specified it was paid for and they wanted to argue it wasnt. Every mcdonalds i went to give me my food that i paid for and also honor the fact that it was paid and ordered before the breakfast window ended. Not my fault that they didnt make it before then. The manager then refunded my card because they were too lazy to make me what I paid for. And werent even going to originally refund me. The date was 3/13/23 10:20AM when I paid and made my order. they then finally issued my refund at 10:40 since they refused to honor what I paid for. When it should’ve been made the second I paid and my order was placed because they receive your digital orders when you put it in. Keep in mind it wasnt even busy, so they had plenty of time to make it before the breakfast window ended.
