Came to get one of their desserts tonight and ended up sitting in the drive-through line for 25 minutes. Not sure why they don’t have people pull through to get out of the way when they’re waiting for orders but please do not do not go to this McDonald’s location unless you like sitting in a line of cars with no service and Low expectations.

They get my order right most of the time, I appreciate that. I’d say about 90% of the time. A lot better than the McDonald’s in Oregon I’ve experienced.

Order was quick and accurate. A typical McDonald’s. Dining hall was closed when I arrived at 7:30, but you could go inside to order. Drive up line for ordering was extremely long. Much quicker to order inside. Restrooms open, but only from 8:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

It’s drive thru only and there is a big line. We wanted sundays and milkshakes. Their machine wasn’t working and instead of advertising it, they told us when we were about to order! So we were stuck for a long time for no reason!

Went to this location and the sign on the door said that inside was open. It wasn’t open. Went through the drive through and asked for a water with my meal. She asked “what size?” I said “whatever is free”. She gave me the equivalent of a Dixie cup worth of water for my meal.

This McDonalds holds up the franchise experience very well. The building is relatively new, and well maintained. The drive through experience was very efficient and accurate.

Had a rough day already. Just wanted to get a soda and some fries. Guy already standing at counter only no cashier. Employees wandering aimlessly. Give and try to order from the kiosk. Kiosk won’t finish the transaction. Finally a cashier comes and helps the guy who has been patiently waiting this whole time. Cashier starts to walk away so I have to run up and grab him to make an order. Hands me my cups so I go get a drink. Lids are a wreck at the soda dispenser so I get to touch them all to find one for mine. Cashier calls out fries not my order number. Only me and this other guy so they must be mine. Take my order to the car and drive away. Hit the freeway and dig into my fries. Guess what? Already cold.
