This location was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food, although tastey made me violently ill. I believe I may have had food poisoning which makes me wonder if the meat in my Big Mac meal was kept at proper temperature. I will not be going back.

The past 12 times I have ordered a burger from here, they have gotten my order completely backwards. The grill slip has exactly what should be there and it’s backwards. When you order through Doordash or go through the drive-through it is incredibly frustrating to come home and have something you didn’t order so many times in a row. At this point I’ve literally thrown over $100 in the trash thanks to this location.

This is, by far, the best McDonald’s on Oahu. It is newer and has a very updated, clean interior. There is plenty of seating, the free WiFi always works, there are lots of outlets for those needing to knock out homework, and the play area is spacious. It is kept very cold in the play area, so the kids don’t overheat! Very nice touch!
