So I like Carmel and whip cream on my oreo mcflurry (sooo good) and I understand that cost extra and I’m fine with that so when I asked the lady to kindly (bcus I don’t want them to spit in it) add more to my ice cream n that its no problem I’ll pay for it she had the most ugliest nastiest attitude with me and this lady happened to be the manager!!! It got so bad that she was calling me a f!@$ bit@$ over n over again Nd trying to climb out here window into my car!!!!! I was so shocked to what was happening! I have never really liked this place bcus of the attitudes Nd just unprofessional way they conduct themselves but this is the manager! Come on,they can’t act like this to customers!!

I ordered in the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very nice and had amazing customer service skills so I paid they gave me my order and they forgot to give me the fries I ordered, so I go inside and let them know they didn’t put them in my bag and the lady named darla was so rude I was nothing but nice and she automatically started I ain’t gonna argue and claims she was the one who bagged and handed me my order when in fact it was a gentleman who gave it to me, she gives me my fries and says here take it I don’t care like lady are you dumb yes you may have bagged it according to you but I didn’t get my fries I’m not gonna come in with someone else’s receipt to get free fries if you don’t like your job simply don’t work there I’ve worked customer service jobs before and I get it people are rude and don’t have manners but not once was I rude to her not even after she started to be rude.

Love McDonald’s their dollar cokes for some reason the coke taste so much better a McDonald’s live the sweet tea they make it just like my auntie does love the ice cream cones and the M&M McFlurries the food my favorite breakfast sandwich is a Sausage McMuffin and I order a hash brown and put the hash brown on my sandwich so good basically I love almost everything the only problem i have come across is sometimes they don’t make something right something is missing or they add something you tell them to take off and another is this don’t happen alot but it happens and when you don’t live in the same town that makes it even worse is when they forget stuff like the whole order is messed up don’t happen often but it sure makes you mad when it does.
