Drive thru was super slow, the lady I ordered through took forever to take my order and I had to put 3 different codes in to be accepted, payment didn’t go through on the app and the lady is talking back to me, then when I receive my food they didn’t even follow the special instructions. I asked for a burger with extra ketchup and no pickles and they give me [a dry] one with no ketchup and a single pickle. Like what the hell are y’all doing??
