My visit to this new location was nice but it was very minimal meaning: No Fountain thing for sodas, no condiments, not welcoming. It was basically a modernized no happiness location just felt like please order then leave and didn’t have anything resembling the happiness of original McDonald’s.

I have gone to this store frequently since it opened as family members absolutely love the mocha frappes. The food can be off at times but not usually. The place is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are invariably polite and friendly. Food prices have gotten way too high for what it is – burgers, fries, etc.

We seem to have a lot of trouble at this specific location. I haven’t been here once without them messing up my order. I have had a lot of missing food, messed up, or I have to wait a long time. I always have to go back into the store to tell them theyve messed up. There have been employees who don’t seem to know what they are doing. It’s disappointing since this location is closer. I will be going to the one by Costco instead.

Wow… Never had a worse experience. Ordered a quarter pounder and large fry, got home and the burger was raw! Called to let them know that the burger was raw and the person answered with “hello, what”. I explained that the burger I ordered was raw and he replied “yeah, so when are you coming back, tonight or tomorrow” I explained that I didn’t want free food and that I just wanted to let them know about the raw burger and he laughed at me. Last visit the fries were so salty we could not eat them, but did not call. We have given multiple chances and will not be returning. This Mcdonalds is a no.

Have had several orders messed up but this is a new location so I’m sure the hiccups will be ironed out over time. Food quality has always been as high as one would expect from a McDonald’s. The 2 drive-thru pickup windows are neat and the ordering kiosks inside make it so less registers are required. I also like the order status display because it lets you know how long till your order is ready. I recommend ordering through their app as you’ll get reward points that could be used for free food.

Rare visit to a McDonalds and faced with the electronic ordering system. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle fries and a coke. The fries and coke were fine but the cheeseburger was awful. More pickle than normal and no onion but worst of all there was a gallon of mayonnaise on it. Ate half of it before giving up. Bizarre

Had planned coming here tonight with my daughter for a week and going into the restaurant and eating after hearing about the new and improved inside. She was so excited about it and then we got there and the lobby was closed. No eating in the restaurant. So we waited in the drive-through Probably longer than we usually wait at McDonald’s but not too bad. I would guess maybe 10 minutes before we got our food. Food was hot and service staff was friendly. I will try them again because they are so close to home and my daughter loves McDonald’s but hopefully they can work out some of their staffing issues and get this location running smoothly.
