The terrible reviews of this restaurant are well deserved. I just bought five triple cheeseburgers and there was literally no meat in any of the burgers! I should have gotten 20 patties (I added one patty on each burger to make it a quad) but I ended up with zero. It was literally a cheese, onion and ketchup burger. I’ve tried four different times to call the restaurant to speak with a manager and it goes to voicemail on the second ring. I highly suggest you stay far away from this store. If you must have McDonald’s, there’s a better one at 505 Old Hwy 65 in Lincoln.

Absolutely awful customer service. They didn’t get all of our order in drive thru, and instead of doing something to fix the situation, they told us we would have to park and come in and order it that way. Then when I parked with all 3 young kids, I was left to stand in line behind 3 other people. And even though our order had nothing special about it, we had to wait for the other 3 orders to come out. Then forgot our apple juice. Never apologized or said anything. Will not go here again. Ever.

This business is dirty, and the service is awful. Ordered burgers and one of them had 2 dead flies in it. The outside of the fries container had been set in some kind of unidentified liquid. The manager said we could wait another hour and she would refill the order. No thanks. The kids don’t need food poisoning.

Went in for drive thru & was told to pull forward and park in front even though there was no one in line behind us. We then waited 25+ minutes for one fry and a couple cheeseburgers. We only got our food after going back through the drive through and asking for it again. We just wanted to have a quick bite to eat before my husband had to go to work, but he ended up being late due to our excessive wait time & having to pull around again. The kid taking our order was nice, but not sure why we had such a long wait/had to go back through drive thru to receive our order since only one other car came through while we waited. Probably won’t be returning to this location again.
