I go to this location often, and every time I’m disappointed and keep going back hoping things would be different, only they’re not. Never has a McDonald’s been so consistent in getting things wrong Tham this one. Asking for light ice means only half the cup is full, the sweet tea is never sweet. My latest trip I got the most watered down sweet tea you can imagine (with a half cup of ice on top of it). The color was clear, with a hint of amber, the manager tried a sip and said no, it’s good. I told him I’ve been drinking mcds sweet to for over 20 years, and that this was sweet water, nothing else. He went back and brought another container and this one was dark, literally night and day difference. Only it wasn’t sweet tea, he added a pump of sugar into it and gave it to me. I’ll die of thirst before I go this location ever again. Too many times too many chances, this location is pure garbage. Not even going to comment on the “mini ice cream cone” they gave me lol.

My visit here was great and the use of the app was perfect, I was able to easily use it order my food and pull up to the stalls and within a couple mins it was delivered to me. The only issue I had I was given an M&M McFlurry unmixed instead of Oreo like I ordered.

The people working the drive-thru kept rushing me while trying to order, ended up not placing the entire order, they were kinda pushy and unorganized and when I pulled up to the second window the people kept me waiting and then asked me twice what all was it I ordered and then made it to where I had to dig back into my purse to be able to show them the receipt and they handed me the wrong drinks, had to call their attention to that and when I finally got my order, drove home then noticed they forgot a couple of things and I asked them twice not to put onions on things, they put them anyways, I am allergic to Onions, Which means, I didn’t get to eat. Was too aggravated to even go back to have them attempt to remake my burger. I try not to have to go to that McDonald’s, would rather drive down the street to the other Mc Donalds.

SLOWEST mcdonalds ever. And don’t think you can avoid it by taking the drive-thru, that’s even worse. They have a split drive-thru with two lanes that can take orders, but don’t expect them to take you in the order you arrive. You will watch three or more cars that arrived after you get their orders taken before yours; and if you decide to change lanes because maybe the one you are in is broken, expect to watch more people pass through the lane you were just in.

Disgusting!!! Went through the drive thru, first mistake. Fries were cold and stale, I ordered a spicy delux chicken sandwich-the lettuce was brown, tomatoes were wilted and nowhere near crisp. Spice level-Ok, you don’t expect fast food to be great nor do you really expect it to be over the top hot, but it was hot. Too hot and I can handle heat. I noticed this all of course after I was miles away attempting to enjoy my lunch. I get it, it’s fast food and it’s mcd’s but seriously? Never eat there again.

I waited over 18 minutes for my food even though the wait said less than five minutes. I ordered a big mac and two shamrock shakes. The big mac was fine, but the shamrock shakes were not mixed at all. I could barely taste the mint and it was like sucking up ice cream, not a shake. I would not order from this place again.

When I arrived the dining room was closed,even though it was still a but my boyfriend and I parked in front of the restaurant and enjoyed our food , to be honest our little dog also enjoyed his patties ( for he thinks McDonald’s is called the “Patty palace” and I know if he could he would give this McDonald’s 5 stars .) All in all it was a good experience and this restaurant happens to serve better quality food than a few of the others I’ve been to recently, so all in all I recommend this particular McDonald’s not only was the food good but it also was served by nice and friendly people in quick timing as well .I highly recommend this particular stop and in case anyone was wondering their ice cream machine was working , I know for a fact because my Shamrock shake was delicious !
