Waiting for someone to give me napkins and ketchup. I needed a couple they handed me 10. What a waste. We need to put them in a corner for self-service. Bathrooms are locked, and once inside, they are filthy. We had to use the bathroom at home.

Arrived at 7:04 am and attempted to enter the lobby. Unfortunately for whatever reason the lobby was closed while the drive thru was open. I ride a motorcycle which means I cannot have them hand me food and a drink and drive away with it. Even though this location is literally a stones throw from my house I was forced to drive to a different location.

Terrible customer service. Nobody once came to me, greeted me or asked if I needed help. I also saw an employer drop the receipt of an order on the ground, pick it back up and put it in a customers bag with food on it. We gotta do better with our customer service.
