Any fast food restaurant that has the self-order kiosks is one I will visit and this place looked good, but it is best to order take out. During my last visit, I received poor service. After placing my order, nobody bothered to retrieve my food after 20 minutes had passed. They focused on those who were waiting outside for pickup. When I showed them my receipt, they said they would get to it, but someone else had to ask again if I had been helped before I received my food. I ordered fries, but got a shake instead and they did not even return my receipt. I can’t change what happened, but I can make sure I don’t treat my customers that way and I am not planning on ordering food from this location in the future. All it takes is one time to make a bad impression and convince you not to give them another chance. That applies to personally, as well as professionally. They received a lower rating because of this.

This was one of the worst visits to a McDonald’s. Maybe the timing was wrong. It was about 8 pm. The young man that took my order, you could hardly hear him. When I got to the window, I mentioned it to him. He rolled his eyes and got my change. Got to the 2nd window and waited. Maybe a few minutes, I ordered a #7 2 cheeseburgers, large frys, and a coke with extra ice. I got my order, no ice in the coke, frys weren’t fully cooked, and burgers were not fresh. I hardly ever give a bad review, but I will.

This McD’s is horrible. Order was all wrong, fries were cold and only half full. they forgot 2 out of four menu items completely so we had to go back. Then bc they closed early, we had to stand outside in the cold while they made our 2 other burgers.
