This store allows delivery drivers to steal orders because they don’t make them confirm the order in front of them before giving them food. I came in here to pick up an order a week or so back and the night manager (middle age latina woman) could not have cared less that the customers food was stolen and said it wasn’t her problem, to call support and cancel the order. It’s kind of wild that they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and make it right. I’ve been to other mcdonalds where they immediately remake the food because it was their mistake not to have the driver confirm. Unfortunately there are a lot of garbage people in this area and the restaurant should be doing more to protect customers/customer representatives from being screwed over. This location and that manager need to do better.

One star due to the young female employee working front counter. She is a thin Latina about 5ft 2in tall and has long black hair. She is approximately between 16-18 years old. She is always on her phone and does not pay attention to the customers who walk in waiting to order. She also claimed management does care about the costumers needs when I asked to speak with one about her refusing to take my order just because I was waiting to be asked for help. She is vile and rude and has poor costumer service. She hid her name tag from me so was unable to catch her name but she works the late afternoon shift.
