While the inside is very clean and most of the crew are friendly the food is seriously lacking. The fries are always undercooked and never fill the entire carton. The burgers are not very hot and the cheese is never fully melted. The hours are stated as until 11 but I was told when I came to order at 10:40pm that they closed at 10:30pm. That cappuccino is supposed to be a medium and they charged me for a medium and I even asked if they had coffee and was told yes… but clearly they didn’t it was half way full. There is nothing to say about the chicken sandwich that dry mess speaks for itself and that’s me asking for lite mayo- now I get none.

I walked into McDonalds to buy a Coke Freeze and there was no one in line. What appeared to be someone in charge told me she would be with me in a minute. I then stood there for about 10 minutes while people came in behind me. This employee continued to ignore me & the growing line and kept helping orders for the drive-thru. At the 10 min mark she came over and said “What do you want to order’ as if she was annoyed. She was very rude and never even apologized for the wait. I come to this McDonald’s all the time & first time I have been treated so rudely.

Normally I enjoy coming here. They don’t mess up orders very often.. They gave my food to the wrong person in one occasion and I’ve been coming here for a year. The thing that does bother me is when I Dine in and I have to wait for 10 cars in the drive-thru to get their food first (20 min wait). the staff is nice and the burgers don’t look like they got stepped on and handed to you. Nice and clean place to eat
