It’s a McDonald’s, you either love it or hate it by now. The only thing that makes the different is the experience, in terms of cleanliness and friendliness. I will tell you that the older ladies working here aren’t always the nicest, but dang, they have never gotten my order wrong and the food tastes pretty fresh to me. It’s usually pretty clean inside the dining room, the occasional dirty table here and there but they get on it pretty quickly! I understand how exhausting it is to work in fast food, but a smile here and there is always appreciated!! I appreciate everything you guys do! Thanks for the good burgers!

Foods always been sitting out cold like they made it an hour ago and or undercooked ! I’ve gotten sick here now 3 times !! Always chicken nuggets or mcchicken . I went through the trouble ordering my nuggets extra well done !!!! And they were stilll rawwww and gooey !!! It’s the closest to me so I really wish they’d have an inspector check this place out none of the other McDonalds are this badddd spare yourself the food poisoning and go to the Clovis and Herndon location! I ordered off of uber eats to get some food I ordered 2 large cheeseburger meals. Since it is a meal it comes with the 2 cheese burgers a large fries and large drink. When It got here it had no fries amd the bag was sealed. That doesn’t seem like much but two large fries ordered and payed added up to 11.83. I called and the lady hung up on me 6 times when she finally stayed on the line we told her and she said she couldn’t do anything and I should call uber even though it was mcdonalds fault they didn’t put the 2 fries in the bag. So overall horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend ordering.

Ordered 10 piece nugget meal and a cheeseburger through the drive thru. Was told to park in a stall because of the wait for the fries. Not only did they have us waiting for awhile but once we got our food, we were missing the burger, got the wrong sauce, and the fries weren’t even cooked throughly.

The health department needs to pay a visit to this location. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Stuff spilled all over the floor, the bathroom was out of toilet paper and had trash all over the ground. One of the toilets was clogged. The soda fountain machine had Soda spilled all over it and was super sticky. When I told them they needed to clean the bathroom and soda machines, the employee I told was very defensive and argumentative. She had the worst attitude ever and was completely out of line and unprofessional with me. The franchise owners need to hire better staff. I will be contacting corporate as well.
