I believe this new McDonald’s has potential but they lack experience and dedication. I have been here 3 times since it opened. We have received cold food and long waits. Today the eating area was trashed and nobody was at the counter/register to assist. I was able to get the managers attention to let him know and it still took them a good 30 minutes for someone to come out from the back and clean it up.

Iv come to this McDonald’s 3 times now and ever single time they have surprised me with know ways to mess up and waste my time. Today was the 3rd and last time after spending ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order in the drive throw, now they do have a two vox set up here with two lanes that go into one after you have made your order. Unfortunately they only chose to take orders from one side this time, leaving me and 3 others forced to work together and back are vehicles out of the worst McDonald’s in California. Do better guys.

We were waiting on our food at curbside pickup and waited thirty minutes for our order. The lady who was bringing food was at least nice and apologized for not bringing our food sooner. We gone to this McDonald’s 5 times already and it’s the same results every time, hopefully they get their act together.

I never do reviews but my experience at this location was horrible.. first of all I chose to eat fast food because I needed something fast. I just started my lunch break and made a mobile order, took me about 2 minutes to walk across the street. Got in, the place looked busy and I didn’t see my order yet in the pick up area so I sat down. I gave it about 10 minutes. Still not ready. I look at the time and notice I only have about 12 min. left of lunch. So I get up and ask when my food would be ready and he responded not anytime soon, I told him I only have a few minutes left for my lunch and ordered this food 15 min. ago, he responded saying I’ll see what I can do. I waited another 5 min. Then told me the chicken sandwich I ordered is no longer available.. I told him get me whatever I just need to eat. I get my food and say thank you. I go back to my job in the break room to find out my chicken sandwich is the plainest sandwich. I paid $12 for my meal and this sandwich looked like it was from the dollar menu.. it was literally bread, chicken and pickles.. Yes, I ate it because I had no choice there was no more time to grab something else.

i’m sorry i don’t normal say anything but this time i will so i ordered me and my sister some food and got the meal that came with two cheese burgers and got it delivered with uber eats and when i went to open the bag i was missing a burger like what is up with that you guys need to pay attention with what you guys are doing people pay for food and don’t get what they pay for and lose out on money step it up !!!

I ordered a grand slam breakfast and 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg and an orange juice and it took em 30 minutes to get my stuff together! Don’t get me wrong I’ve been there a few times and the service was ok for a new store but this time it sucked!!! They didn’t even offer a free drink or anything!.

Today I had the most amazing experience with McDonald’s employee. This lady was so helpful and easy to talk to. I believe she was a crew trainer by the name of suleth. But omg her customers service skills was a prime example of why McDonald is number one in fast food.
