Just had a problem with elson or olson manager at the location over the app when you order you buy 20 piece nugget you get fries free with purchase couldn’t use it when redeeming i dont know what was done but couldn’t use the code ended up paying for my fries . So i went around parked and ask how did i use my code if i didnt use it . Then he offered give fries after i paid for them i was like for what you should have told me that in drive thru . Then i told him about the last time i came in he was rude . I told him i was gonna call corporate he was go head have a good day sarcastically like making fun of me like if i was dumb then he threatened was gonna go to my place of work and complain about me . Like he’s a manager he was not professional at all for all those years he claims he’s been there Then told me he knew who i was and not go back there. Which i wont either. Bad service with knowing how to handle situations . Mind you on drive thru he literally rushing you with the order he said he’s been there 15 yrs i really think he’s tired. To be rude like that. In the pic I started taking video asking him to repeat how he just threatened me about going to my job! Now he wouldn’t look at me. But thats him. Im still calling corporate.

This place is great to come to. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Sometimes there may be a mix up with an order but they are always willing to help and fix the issue. Emma and staff members are always busting their humps to make sure things are being taking care of. Miranda Williams review needs to be shut down cause she is full of sh!t…….!!!!!

Spent over $17 on my mobile order. Waited in parking lot 15 minutes after checking in, then said eff it and went thru drive thru. They hadn’t dropped my cookies yet. I asked for a refund cause I had to be at court and couldn’t afford to be late.. manager refused my refund, Gave me one frapacino out of 2 parked us for another 20 minutes brought my cookie tote out and when i said where is my double of biscuits and gravy plus other frap… manager asked for my receipt. Smh I told her I had a mobile order n was never given receipt. She was so rude. And I never got a refund or my food.
