This is definitely the longest McDonald’s I’ve been in. It’s standard as they will get at least one thing wrong with your order but being across from Disneyland is likely making this restaurant super busy! It’s cheaper than eating in Disneyland so if your looking to save a little money eat here then go back to the park.

We came in at 1am after a 12 hour trip. We ordered the nice lady Nancy helped us and was very friendly. The cook and management were a great fail. Our order was 511 but kept us 48min waiting for our order we kept asking for 511 and they kept asking each other who has 511, wheres 511, is 511 in the screen? No 511. We asked Nancy and she looked at our receipt. She went out of her way and got our order. Management didn’t bother to look at us. A bunch of idiots if you ask me. A chubby bald man was one of the managers. The other manager was a lady. Our burgers ticket had 811.

The best McDonald’s. The manager is amazing! He listened to my concerns and was able to help with switching out the egg in the McMuffin while using the the kiosk. Amazing teamwork here!!!

Leaving a theme park hungry and needing a bite can be so challenging. Thank the good folks who decided to keep this place open late. The food was hot and delicious and provided that final nostalgic memory that was dredged up from childhood. Happiest place indeed.

I stopped by here for a quick late night bite after a day at Disneyland. They are open late, but their app doesn’t reflect this, stating that they were closed. There was a long line in the drive through and it moved at a glacial speed. I easily spent 30-40 minutes, if not longer, just to grab a quick bite. I don’t understand why they were so slow, I could see plenty of workers inside, but nothing getting done in any hurry. I’ve stopped here before, and it was slow then, so it must just be the way they operate. Very disappointing experience with a McDonald’s in a prime location that should be operating much more efficiently.

My family and I visited Disneyland for two days and each morning we would walk to this McDonald’s. Both mornings the place was busy but we were still able to sit in a large enough table for a family of 7. It was clear employees were hard at work keeping the place clean and neat from the inside and out. There was never any issues with getting our food and employees were always friendly and respectful.

I am a visitor from a different state going to Disneyland and we have been eating McDonald’s for lunch. Today Kevin has been helping us out all day with customer service. I am in customer service and his service is amazing!!! Give that dude a raise or a bonus. Free tickets to Disneyland or a sports event of his choice..

This location is swamped with Disney foot traffic. The employees were hard working and courteous. Managers were behind the counter and kept things rolling. Recommend: oeder from your McDonalds app before you arrive and it will cut down on your wait time…also you’ll earn points toward free items!

Actually went to this place twice every time that I came here. The service was attentive and right on time. They asked me if I needed anything and we’re very polite actually like this place right next to Disneyland. Five stars.

Very fast service, even when moderately busy. They have about 8-10 self-ordering kiosks instead of cashiers, so there will rarely be a queue. Relatively clean. They take out the trash often. But I don’t see the tables being wiped down between customers.
