This McDonald is usually hit or miss. Sometimes I go and the order comes out perfectly and food taste great, other times it’s usually missing something and I have to go back or swallow sadness. It would be wise to have the team get coordinated to avoid leaving food or beverages out of an order. Regardless the food is usually very good as long as it comes in the bag. Favorite thing to order here is the double cheeseburger and fries. Chocolate chip cookies if I am feeling bold.

There is one guy who is nice and his name is Matt! We went through the drive-thru and ordered a kids meal w/ chicken nuggets and got a box full of pickles … Management should know, as the people in the back were laughing when we went to ask for a new order!

2nd time at this location that took us waiting in our car 10 minutes behind their red line as other cars behind me got their orders ahead of my simple combo 1 and combo 3 orders! Something changed for the worst in this location since they got a building face-lift.

I’ve gone to the location a few times and each time has always been horrible. If you dine in, the staff does everything to ignore you when you are trying to collect your order from them. No acknowledgement of the customers just trying to receive their completed orders. Just a handful of employees pretending they can’t see you and walking past you. Mobile ordering… so you order through the app and you then wait at one of the car spots for your food… so why did I have to wait 30 minutes in a car spot for it to say “someone is on their way” in the first 2 minutes and wait forever for nobody to show up. I had to walk inside and ask for my order (a sweet tea and double cheeseburger). Drive-thru, they can’t avoid you if you drive. They still have the grumpy demeanor but at least you get your food right away.

Went through drive thu and ordered the 2 sausage egg McMuffin deal with an orange juice and a hash brown. Ladies at the window almost gave me someone’s ice coffee. I let them know I ordered an orange juice. They gave me my sandwich and it was only one. I let them know it was the 2 sandwich deal so they gave me the other sandwich. I got to my destination, opened the sandwiches and saw that it was a ham and egg mcmuffin not sausage like I had ordered and paid for. Very disappointed. Can’t go back to change it so I had to give it to someone else. Not happy and still hungry.

Service is the biggest problem at this location. M-F lunch visits are better but after that, it sinks low. Super long waits. It doesn’t help that the app is glitching and adds to the problem.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Got here and there’s no one at the register. Employees see me but no one helps. I just came for apple pies and a frappe. Takes them 15 minutes after I placed my order to tell me they ran out. Very unprofessional employees.
