If you don’t want exposure to black mold you may want to avoid this place. Just took my family in for a quick meal before they head off to an event and we walked inside to see the ceiling. There is pink mold as well but the big black stuff is worrisome. If you are triggered by mold, be fore warned.

How hard is it? You have systems in place, training, all the tools. But for a small order only 2 cars in front of us took 15 minutes, then we were told to park in space one, but there was a car there, the employee just stared at me. LoL. I said ” well there’s a car there already”. I was then told to go to #3. Then 1/2 our order was brought to us. Had to run back in and get the rest. HELP WE NEED GOOD MANAGERS WHO HAVE A VISION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.

I’m sitting here surrounded by no less than 11 filthy tables, from spilled drinks, napkins, fries, lettuce and leftover food packaging. It’s not like they’re busy, there’s no one at the drive-thru, I’m the only person inside…. this place is absolutely filthy. Waited and no one took my order or acknowledged me as I stood there for like 10 mins so I did it on the box which was just fine but then I needed a receipt and manager refused to give me one lol idky . She wrote my total on a paper . So I leave and I’m about to eat and I realize they gave me the wrong sandwich so I drive 10 Mins back and I tell the manager my food was wrong nicely and she takes it back and only offers me new food and a coupon but no refund . I have to leave Good review or compliment to redeem it this coupon which I will not be as my experience was horrible. Take your money elsewhere. Employees need to get it together fr. Lol I’m very patient but this experience really just annoyed me and inconvenienced me entirely.

One of my go-tos when I drop clients @ the Ritz, Montage, or anywhere in Laguna Beach off of Pac. Hwy. Easy access off of a busy Pac. Hwy., parking can be a little challenging depending on the drive-through line that snakes through it. They do have double drive-through lanes but one was out-or-order/closed on this day.

Fries are always cold, dirty tables while the lobby is empty, rude staff, and on several occasions I waited 15+mins for my curbside order to come out and it never came.
