Not the best experience at the McDonalds on Portola on 2/03. You will wait over 20 minutes for your meal. Poor layout, slow service. Kind of defeats the purpose of fast food. Recommend to avoid. Very sloppy burgers.

service was ol’rite but the packing of our food was HORRIBLE. it wasn’t even all wrapped it was falling out. the orange juice seems like it was for a free cup SUPER EXTRA SMALL. lots of workers so why couldn’t the food be wrapped fully? why couldn’t the bag be bigger? it was filled all the way up to the top with no room to even dig inside to even GET our food out. i didn’t like it and don’t intend to return back.

Drive thru line takes forever. The drive thru also smells really bad. Must have problems with the plumbing makes you wonder how good the food is. They’re always under staffed. Those who work inside the restaurant you can tell they’re hard workers. Despite the chaos they are always friendly.
