I didn’t get food during this visit, just gift cards. I guess they don’t have many people purchasing gift cards. The associate had to call the manager to get assistance. This probably was a new associate & they might have been a little nervous. I hope I wasn’t making them more nervous.

Arrived to this location to grab some dinner, the lobby was closed however drive through was open. I couldn’t go through the drive through because I have a semi truck. I knocked on the window and saw the manager look at me but then instantly look away. Someone later came to the window I politely explained to them that I drive a semi truck and cannot drive through the drive through, the young man went and asked his manager and the manager said “no were not serving him” the employee said to me “ yeah the manager said he’s doesn’t care”. That kind of attitude is why that manager is gonna stay at McDonald’s for the rest of his life. What a loser.

Well it looks like someone partied a little too hard at Burger University or McCollege and missed the semester where they cover operating hours. With that in mind, plan on 8am till 8pm as the operating hours. Like a complete fool I placed my online order at 7:30pm and they were only doing drive thru service which had a 30 min wait. What’s the point of placing the order ahead of time if you still have to wait in the line you were trying to avoid?

This is the six time I came and they messed my order up it’s on the north end by where I stay and everyone says the same thing they always mess up on your order. Said to say my Neighborhood McDonald’s is trash. Who managing the place….had to edit review this the 8 time they messed up my order they hav me a breakfast sandwich meal wit no hash brown. I gave this place three stars because they basically forgot to give me my food. I order through the drive thru. I understand they are on time scheduled and my food wasn’t ready. They told me to parked in the front and they will hand me my food. I did so and I noticed I been waiting for almost 20 mins, I called & to my surprise, they didn’t even have my order? The manager personally came out and did apologize she was very nice and told me she will handle it herself and she was out less than 7 mins. I appreciate it because my food was fresh and she gave me extra drinks and fries. Other than that my food been hot ana fresh so far 5 stars to that. 3 stars overall.
