Food is always great, but we waited in the drivethrough for 15 minutes, and when we arrived at the screen, they said sorry cash only we have to update the system then we had to wait another 15 minutes while everyone in front got their items, when I asked management if maybe they could have warned people ahead of time he said yeah everyone always gives us a hard time when we update the registers at night, so maybe they can update the system when it’s not busy and atleast apologize for the inconvenience!! I also suggested a sign at the beginning of the drivethough stating sorry cash only!! I really think they need an undercover boss that place!!

They can’t hear you at the drive-thru, it’s “huh, can you repeat that, huh?” They talk over you and rush you… like l, slow down and when my order is complete…I’ll tell you. Instead, after every item ordered “will that complete your order”.
