I don’t think I’ve been in a McDonald’s in 5 or 6 years, but I was walking by and wanted to grab a drink. What a wonderful location. The staff were so friendly, the order was fast and accurate, and the manager checked in on every single customer. They really did a great job here.

While this location has definitely cleaned up its look and clientele, it’s my opinion that the service could be a little warmer. This McDonald’s spot, conveniently situated right across the street from City College and within easy walking distance from the trolley station, is where the action goes down. When lunchtime hits, it gets crazy busy, but you know what? The staff here ain’t messing around—they hustle hard and whip up consistently bomb food.

The locked bathrooms was a little bit ridiculous. Instead of using the same cup they give you a new cup which is wasteful for the environment. They also charge people 30 cents for cups of water. Otherwise it was fine.

I have given them 3 tries in 3 weeks. All bad.. burnt filet o fish sandwiches. Ordered 3 filet o fish the first time. 9:00pm all 3 burnt to a crisp. Tried again both filet sandwiches were burnt again! Then let’s try one more time..and got a cold big mac, and cold fries! And top it off they were out of Hawaiian punch slushes! I remember when customer service actually listened and cared about what was served. I guess too MANY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE they dont care at all!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Drove through for 2 iced teas and two waters for our two toddlers. They wanted to charge us for our toddlers’ water on a very hot day! The price of our two iced teas was more than double the price that we pay in our hometown in Washington state.

The employees were nice. Almost always have to park in the numbered spots to wait for food to be brought out. But today, after the employee brought out the sandwiches he did not know the window person did not give us the drinks. I had to go inside to get drinks that had not been brought out. Very busy inside. Waited for over 10 minutes. The employee that was helping me was very nice. I asked how is it that it’s taking so long to get our orders, he said they are very behind.
