This is for the hispanic older lady maybe 40’s or 50’s that took my drive thru order Saturday morning she needs to be trained on customer service. The food was good and hot can’t complain there, but I always check my order before driving off in case something is forgotten or missing and realized we had no ketchup so I waited to get her attention and asked politely if we can get ketchup and she said “next time I need to ask for condements when I am ordering my food on the speaker at the drive thru” somewhere along those lines. I said “ok” to her but now I wish and should have told her I am the customer and I am paying for the food and she does not need to tell me what I need to do. I never had an issue asking for sauces or condiments before at other fast food drive thrus and I wasn’t even rude about it.

I placed a mobile order for one of the bundle deals they offer. Parked in the mobile order parking spot, checked in & I waited…& waited…& waited.. 10min later I decided to get down & see what’s going on! I wasn’t able to locate someone for 5min! I waited 15min for an order that should’ve been brought to me “within 5min” as the app says. I saw a line of cars show up after me & receive their food faster than I did, which is insane since I’ve been waiting! The manager doesn’t apologize & instead Packs my food (which was apparently already ready!) With such a freaking attitude! I was amazed on the horrible service & the lack of attention to the situation. To top it off, it wasn’t busy, at first. When I pulled up the drive-thru was empty & as I waited about 5 cars pulled in. My fault for waiting so long, I guess. Never placing an order at this location again!
