This McDonald’s closes they’re dine in area at 7:00pm!?? I came in to get a order and the door was locked, so I knocked at the window and a girl who could barely speak opened and said “The dine in is closed” I proceeded to tell her that the sign says they close at 10pm! She said they’re is no people. Idk what she meant by that, meaning they’re is no people coming in?! (YES THEIR IS NO PEOPLE COMING IN BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE DOORS CLOSED) I will be calling corporate on this.

Terrible experience. Came in at 8:56 to order in the lobby and they locked the door. Another nice man (customer) let me in where I was yelled at and confronted by a female manager l. Asking how I got in and giving me a sob story about how she decided to schedule her staff: she also accused me of lying about when I came in saying she locks the doors at 9 even tho she clearly did before. Also lobby times are not posted anywhere on the website or storefront. Miserable will not be coming back.

The short male got mad because he couldn’t find me to give me my food because him and his coworker were just sending people from drive thru to the same number parking space to wait for food! This lil punk claims that it doesn’t matter where anyone parks but then comes out and cannt find me! So I told him straight up how stupid he and his coworker looked and he responded by telling me to “learn how to cook ” I guess telling me to not go there and cook at home. Wow McDonald’s should appreciate their employees telling customers to learn how to cook!! That has nothing to do with any employee!!!! I am still waiting for McDonald’s to get back to me about this incident.

Order some food at 10:41pm through the app. My wife arrived at the this location at 10:54p and the lady there told my wife in a rude way that they were closed. The restaurant says its open til 11p. Not cool. Specially since the app doesnt even let you cancel it.

How do I give zero stars? I ordered a dbl cheeseburger no onions and a 6 piece. In the 6 piece carton, there were 2 patties with onions on it and no buns, and I got the burger as well. Really? I went back to the drive thru, told the manager, and I heard them giggle in the background. Seriously? Check your items before leaving

The manager here is so unprofessional!!!! We ordered a happy meal through the app. I waited 20 min so I needed up going inside and see why it was taking so long. Long story short, the manager was extremely unprofessional and continued to yell and continuously said, “ you must have not ordered it! I won’t give it to you! “. I showed her that it deducted my points and she kept saying fighting me about it! Then I went to a different McDonald’s and asked them and they quickly said yes, you ordered it I’m not sure why that I manager kept saying that I didn’t if someone else was clearly able to tell me that I did!!!!

They’re OK if you go through the drive thru, but don’t expect to get any service if you walk in. Even with three customers waiting in line, no one would even come to the counter to serve them. Several employees would walk by on their way to their break, but not even acknowledge the customers. I ended up walking out and going through the drive thru instead. Unbelievably poor customer service. But it seems like that’s now the norm for many McDonald’s, as I’ve observed similar in other locations.
