Don’t know who the server was but can guarantee I won’t come back here. Ordered a coffee, with one person ahead of me and maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. Didn’t bother with a receipt because, hey its one coffee. They proceeded to make 3 orders ahead of mine (all patrons ordered after me and their orders contained food and coffee). Could care less for the walk in customer. Maybe I should’ve ordered food too, since customers who buy more are obviously cared for more. A joke of an establishment.

Every visit has different staff. I had not visited in 3-4 years because I disagree with the type of staff and neglect of the Business by the Staff. First I always disagree with cash register staff then go into food service and cook fries and drinks. Need to sweep or mop or wipe off tables/chairs. Last visit in 2023 I requested no salt on fries. The fries was cooked, dumped into pan. The pan already have some residual salt. The male staff allowed some fries to stay in the fryer so not to touch the residual salt but then put down in the fryer stove for additional cooking and said “these can be cooked longer for burning” he turned to a staff talking smiling. The staff walked away. I questioned the male staff if those fries cooking is mine. He said yes. I said I will take the fries in the residual salt not the ones your burning. He questioned that’s salt you want. I said yes I heard what you said about burning the fries my fries. Burnt food in these Businesses is documented and posted on the wall that cancer can be caused even 7Eleven have one posted. He stopped the fries from cooking. I didn’t get those. My order was bagged and the fries caused the bag to be fully stained. I believe McDonald’s has different ingredients and using plant based or not America beef. I confirmed with this meal I can’t eat at them. This is the 3rd location. Plant Based foods has a fumigating scent from my neck into my nose after eating with keeping my mouth closed that is nauseating for days. The fumigating is like smelling plants and the stems in a flower shop . They cant deny. My remedy is to stop eating for 2 days. My sister introduced me to store/market foods of plant based and I recognized the same effect. I stop eating while at her house until I excreted that out which happened in 2 days. I like veggie burgers but in California they are not the same anymore. Before made with all herbs: pepper, tyme aregano garlic and other flavoring/seasoning with bread crumbs and moistened with water into a hamburger shape. Now plant based and not the same ingredients. The soda fountain need sanitizing I don’t believe the components are disassembled and washed, the fountain area drains and counter looks the same wet and sticky with flies swarming around that I call cemetery flies because the area smell of cremation. Again be aware that Individuals use chemicals and other substances then think that food will make them feel better. Good they serviced the ventilation that caused the dinning area to be dusty dirty but then was so cold the food got cold, the Staff would not increase the temperature when my sister asked, we got our food and sat down then stuffed our mouth but asked for hot fries, no customers ate inside and we got hot chocolate from extramile while our food was prepared.

I hate giving bad reviews but I have to this time. So I ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese it looked good, at the begining as I looked at it… I noticed the meat was half cooked. It still was pink, I attached the picture’s of what was left. I ordered chicken nuggets they gave me no sauce, no ketchup. I was really disappointed

I gave the college grad my money $20.35 for my order of $12.31 and he started to give me the change for the $20.00 & when I asked him what he was doing, he said getting your change! I said I gave you $20.35, so why are you counting all that change? You owe me $8.04. NOT $7,69 & since he didn’t put the amount of money in the computer on the cash register, he was totally lost! Oh, did I forget to say he was the manager or assistant manager of this McDonald’s too…..
