I came to the drive-through and ordered their new bundle of 40 chicken nuggets with 2 large fries. I originally was gonna buy an order of chicken nuggets separately for the people I had with me but instead, staff members offered me a better version which I appreciated. Upon inspection of the food, I realized not every chicken nugget Box had 10 nuggets some had 7 even 6. Very disappointed I didn’t get my money’s worth.

When I got home, my order was not complete.I hardly ever eat McDonald’s food. Today, I felt like eating a fish sandwich, and guess what? It was not there. And the trip back to claim it was 30 minutes. It’s not worth the drive. It’s very annoying!!!

This location is terrible they don’t pay attention what they are doing but you go up there all they be doing is chit chatting and don’t care about the order they don’t double check anything especially when it comes about Uber eats they really need some type of training because all their services is bad !!! I came by this place on a Friday at noon, and let me tell you it was just terrible. I came in to hear someone wanting a refund because the food was not cooked right, that was enough for me to stop waiting in line. Only one cashier for dine in. I thought dine in was going to be faster than drive thru but I was wrong. There was a huge language barrier between the manager and the customer wanting a refund, other employees seemed to not want to help the manager explain what the issue was. I’m guessing there’s lots of bad blood between them. After the pandemic it seems like people promote anyone and hire anyone that doesn’t care at all about anything in restaurants. Yet the cost of things really shot up. Homeless people outside this place.

It had a little bit of blood I called them and Rosie the manager instead of apologizing, or trying to make me feel better about what I just bought she was giving excuses about I’m the only one calling and i told her I’m just calling so it can be on file she respond with “take a picture it last longer for your record” I asked her what is her name?
