Took my son here for a happy meal. I ended up getting a hot and spicy chicken for myself. After leaving I noticed the chicken was hard as a rock. I went back to replace it and they gave me another one that was also hard as a rock. DISGUSTING. THEY REALLY OUT HERE CHARGING $4 FOR ROCKS AND CALLING IT CHICKEN SANDWICH . MCDONALDS HAS REALLY LOST ITS WAY. THEY USED TO BE THE DOLLAR MENU CHAMPS, NOWADAYS THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH CHARGING DONER PRICES FOR FAKE FOOD.

Once again trapped in the drive-through. Person taking orders asked me to wait one minute, 4 minutes later they took the order for the person in the other lane first. They had just pulled in. Last time they took three orders before they got back to me. I have now been waiting 30 minutes or more in the drive-through. I’m trapped couldn’t leave if I wanted to. Very disappointed.

I’ve been going here because of convenience, but no more. They’re slow, inaccurate, and rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and after several minutes of sitting there (which is quite common at this location) I was told to hold on another minute. Then a truck pulls up in the other lane while I’m waiting and they process them first. Ugh. Besides getting my order wrong, the food was cold and bland. I’ve been an off and on customer for over 40 years and I can honestly say this ONE location is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced.

This place is terrible even by Dayton standards. Everytime I’ve tried to eat here its a minimum 10 minute wait before anyone even takes your order. Today I waited in the lobby at the register for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The manager is great but I don’t think they are able to find employees or something because the ones that do show up to work there are pretty slow..

Either not enough mayo on chicken sandwiches or too much secret sauce on big Mac. Frys are disappointing, I’ve had great fries at other McDonald’s. They ignore anyone at the counter, register or pickup area. They also call out the table tent number instead of bringing the food to have a potentially positive interaction. They also start closing the lobby before 8pm. They mop and put up chairs three hours before closing. Booo.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. They let you wait 5-10 minutes at the drive through before they even take your order. No “I’ll be right with you, nothing, just silence. Going inside is no better. Literally a 30-40 min wait even when no one else in the dinning area. Just lazy employees constantly and loudly arguing over who is gonna actually do the job they were hired to do.

Awful experience both times I’ve been here. The first time we waited an hour to get our food. Tonight my husband ran through the drive through, was the only car there, took 15 minutes to get his food. All the sandwiches and chicken tenders were so dry from being under a heat lamp, they were like leather, bread was chewy and ketchup and mustard were dried on the buns. All the fries were COLD, like they’d been left out on a counter. Pretty sure that is a health code violation. We won’t be back.

Worse service ever. We gave patients when it first open but ever since then nothing has changed. Alway takes forever they never get the order right. To night it caused us 2 hours and 2 visits get our food right and then had to throw in the trash because old and cold. I think the Dayton community needs to go on strike and never buy there again. We are just giving our money away for free..don’t know about u but I work hard for my money…time to put our food down

If you’re beyond desperate I guess try them out but if you’re smart you’ll just wait go to another food option down the road

I just moved to Dayton almost 3 months ago. EVERY single day that I’ve came here there were multiple mistakes done. wait 20+ just for them to take my order even with no cars there. I have to repeat my order multiple times and they still get it wrong. they argued about not having onions in my food and then I showed them and they came back with the wrong burger, not once but THREE times and it was still wrong so I left. the people are extremely rude. The food is stale and gross. They got use to me saying something everytime I came because something was always wrong so the one time they didn’t give me my receipt…I asked for it and once I looked at it I realized it wasn’t right and they gave me a hard time. This place and these people suck!
