Look, this is just you typical McDonald’s. However, a few of their staff here really goes out of there way to accommodate you. I’ve gotten alot of my orders wrong but these employees are trying their best with an amazing attitude. Thanks for putting a smile on me as well.

One of the nicest McDonald’s that I’ve been in. It’s very clean and the staff is helpful. The only bad thing is that the soda machine in the lobby has been out of service for about a week. Not much of a problem since they hand you your drink from behind the counter. It does look like the coke service guy is working on the machine today so hopefully it will be back in service very shortly.

We haven’t been eating fast food, but today was a rough day so I decided to stop at this McDonald’s location in Blue Diamond and Rainbow. First, the person that was taking my order at the Drive thru sounded like he can’t be bothered and sounded even high (7-16-2023/1:40 PM). Haven’t got McDonald’s in a long time but to make the story short, I paid $29 for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and a large soda. The 2 chicken sandwiches (Crispy Chicken & Spicy Chicken Deluxe) TASTED SO NASTY that it’s not even edible. It was fried in a very very old oil and it was so hard that you can tell it’s been cooked & sitting for a long time. Shame on this Company raising the price coz they had to pay a higher minimum wage to their employees BUT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT THEY SERVE. So everyone out there, you guys are better off cooking your own burger fresh and even your chicken sandwich. Or better off ordering from a bar and restaurant and only a couple of dollar difference but at least your food will be freshly cooked as you order. SHAME ON MCDONALD’S FOR LETTING THIS FRANCHISE OWNERS RUIN THEIR REPUTATION WHICH IS ALREADY BAD IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The new people or management are SLOW! They forget everything and its the second time this week that we have to wait an unreasonable amount of time at the drive thru for our food and when we do get it something is missing so we have to wait extra till they slowly walk back inside and bring it out for us. It’s a McDonald’s, but it’s about as good as you can get out of a McDonald’s. Clean, fast service, and they get your order right. The dining room stays open super late (until midnight, I believe) and the wifi is good if you’re looking to do work on laptop (like myself).

Aliyah’s service was great. I accidentally put a hot vanilla latte instead of an iced vanilla latte in my mobile order. Aliyah took care of it for me and made sure I had the right coffee for my wife!

Horrible management!! Horrible drive through very dumb workers! Wow mins blown how they can’t make a correct order not 1 time over 15 years ! Fries cold and soggy, NEVER have deserts especially NO ice cream ever. Don’t come here for a full menu option.
