First off Valerie served me up the best tasting caramel iced coffee i have ever tasted at a McDonald’s and then when i was completed with my meal AJ was there nearly in sync to grab my garbage and throw it away for me!! Who does that?? AJ did and then i witnessed him do it again and quickly and happily empty garbage and clean tables. Great work ethic!! Then there is Katrina, the manager running the shop. Every time i walk into this McDonald’s she is there and patiently working with new employees, impatient customers or drunk homeless folks giving her grief and she does it all with pure poise!!

Warning people with Disability! McDonald’s on the Las Vegas Strip doesn’t have working elevator and escalator. Food and drink was what I ordered. No greeting and no hospitable atmosphere. Just yelling out order numbers.

The worst service I had ever experience, the staff missed one coffee in my order. We waited for more than 15 minutes but when I ask again for the missing coffee the manager and the guy in the back said they already prepare it two times. The front guy said the same. But I never got it, there are no way I can ask for something that I already have, they were too rude, and insisted that I was lying. Unprofessional staff and they looks like they don’t know what they doing, they mistaken many orders. I left without the coffee.

5 stars literally just for the morning attendant that was cleaning on 5-13-2023. A bald man that was cleaning tables and helping the morning rush with doing mobile orders. He’s super kind and made waiting bearable, there was a long wait but I think it was mostly because there was a festival that day.
