I had the most delightful experience with the cashier at this McDonald’s at 4:00 a.m. . We will we first drive, we were told that we can only pay with cash and we cannot use the McDonald’s app because the systems were down. The cashier took our order by hand with a calculator and a blank piece of paper. It was a life of experience because she remembered all the prices of what we ordered by heart and charged us accordingly and correction. We had to wait a few minutes for the food but it was worth it. The only thing that I was disappointed about was not getting a Sundae at 4:00 a.m.

This is a basic McDonald’s in a casino with inflated prices for your convenience. The app tends to not work during particular times of the night, usually after midnight when everyone wants to use the deals. The app will only show the breakfast menu making it impossible to order anything because they’re not serving breakfast actually until around 4am I believe. Anyway, if you’re in the downtown/Fremont Experience area and have extra money to burn they find me. If you don’t wanna find me and give me your money then you can pay extra for the same old McDonald’s food.

I appreciate the employees who show up, but this location is a complete disaster and management is to blame, not the staff. There are a dozen self-service kiosks and tonight ALL were out of order. Last time 90% were out of order. There was a 45 minute wait. All McDonald’s in Vegas seem to be absolute sh*tshows, but this one seemed to have promise. Not. Any. More.

I had a horrible experience with the manager Andrea. She was very rude. Walking by me 3 different times with no engagement while my food sat on the counter getting cold. I can understand if she was actually doing something, but she was just standing around. When i politely ask her if i could get my food, she was very rude. To top it all i didn’t even get the right food. The last thing i want to do is have to talk to an unpleasant manager.

I used to work there. Just after the pandemic. Our managers and customer service was the best downtown. But yesterday customer service and managers both sucked. They refused to follow the food order we gave. But all in all this mcdonalds is way way better then the one at the plaza where the whole place sucks.

That’s the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to so far in Las Vegas. Their location in a casino is super convenient. However, they don’t know our meals and put a lot of beverages (like Sprite, Coca-Cola, etc.) on the desk, making a lot of people wait for a long time.
