I’m not a huge fan of McD’s, but I am very impressed with this one. Since it has been built I have stopped by three times. I enjoyed the kiosk order system, it seemed really efficient. BUT, I am very very impressed with how friendly the staff is, how clean they keep the place and that they check on the customer, go the extra step and seem to actually CARE. I know this does not happen by accident, so my deepest respect to the manager. Kudos!

The management seems to have a timer to get people out of the drive through withing in 30 seconds at the window. So instead of it being a drive through, you have to drive and park at their 8 curbside spots to make it appear they are serving people in the drive-through quickly. In reality they just want to inconvenience the customer. They are NOT busier than other McDonald’s they just inconvenience the customer to make the store appear faster.

The locations on northern and southern should NEVER get your business. Call corporate. They NEVER remember to give you the sauce for the nuggets. EVER. It’s always been that way here. I think they do it to save money. Because at every other McDonald’s in town they follow the plan consistently and you get your items without problem. These two locations do not.

They have never gotten my order right, and it’s just a hamburger with ONLY THE MEAT AND PICKLES! I ALWAYS have to wait for 10minutes in a parking space for them to bring it out, the people taking orders never know what they’re doing, AND GIVEN TO ME COLD! This McDonald’s needs new management!

Every single time we order here they get our order wrong. Today again they forgot our McFlurry and I didn’t realize until we got home. They usually forget a sandwich or sauces or don’t follow requests to not have onions or ketchup. Every time there’s something.. I’m so sick of them always screwing up. It wasn’t even busy that’s what really shapes me.

I ordered my food and specifically went to McDonald’s for the 1.50 breakfast sandwich deal. When I gave my code the gentleman in the drive thru asked me to refresh it. I was a little hesitant about doing this because I know you can only use 1 code every 15 minutes. I did it anyway because I figured he worked there and knew what he was doing. After I refreshed the code I gave it to him and continued to order, when I was done and about to pull forward to pay I mentioned that I didn’t see my code price on the screen. He said, “it says your deal has already been redeemed.” I said, “well I just ordered and you had me refresh so it probably thinks I used it because of the first code.” He said, “pull up to the window and we will figure it out.” I got to the window and a girl named Judy was there. I explained the code and she didn’t care. She said, “it’s already been used.” At this point it had already been an extra ten minutes in the drive thru of what is supposedly a quick system. I said, “ok, I guess I’ll just pay full price.” She took the card didn’t say anything and thrust the receipt and card back into my hand. I was shocked. No thank you. No I’m sorry. Nothing. I said, “thank you.” To which she said, “Not my fault by the way.” Needless to say I will not be back. It’s one thing for a code not to work, it’s another to treat the customer like trash for a mistake the employees made.

Been to this McDonald’s maybe 8 times, they have NEVER got my order right at any point. Service is terrible and the workers have Zero personality, I mean it is McDonald’s. Anyway might want to drive an extra 10 miles to different franchise

Being a new store, seems like inside its going good. I only use the drive thru with the app now. Not consistent in putting napkins in orders. Cookies in tote fresh smash together to make clumps of cookies.

Ordered two plain McDoubles through the drive thru get the order and check it they are both covered in onion despite receipt showing plain alright accidents happen I go to the drive thru again tell them what happened to try and get them replaced I hear the person at the window tell the cooks to make two plain McDoubles I get the new bag and they are both covered in onions again I don’t know if the cook just didn’t care, doesn’t listen, or somehow doesn’t know what a plain burger is in their position. Also it was not busy there were only two other cars in the drive thru at the time.
