Went through the drive through ordered a nugget meal and 2 happy meals. They made me go to a spot to wait took them 20 minutes. They were out of drink trays out of sweet and sour sauce. The last two times I came to this McDonald’s they did not apply my coupon codes from the app, I gave them the numbers and when I notice the total and check my receipt they are not applied. Management tried telling me they were when they clearly were not. Also the second time I paid for a mocha and the sticker said mocha but it was a plain coffee. Please train your team on using the app properly!

If I could rate zero stars I would. The employees have no idea what they are doing. They are like deer in headlights and can’t get an order right to save their lives. I ordered two pancake McGriddles and I received 4 pancake patties nothing else. No egg, no cheese, not even a sausage. When I went in to get it fixed she just stared at me blankly she then said I had to be specific? I’ve never had that problem before, a regular McGriddle is just egg and cheese, if I wanted sausage then I had to be specific, but just because I didn’t say what exactly I wanted between the buns I just got the buns? Made no sense, it seemed like it was her first second at that store with absolutely zero training. There was a line and nobody at the front taking orders. A lady was waiting for her pick up order and they wouldn’t even talk to her or acknowledge her existence. Go to any other location if you actually want some good service.

READ THESE RECENT REVIEWS AND TRY TO HAVE ENOUGH PRIDE TO FIX!!! Use to be one of the best locations but new management bringing in new employees and it is going downhill fast. My husband went to get my breakfast order. Every time they mess up our order. It’s like the person bagging the food doesn’t understand the order or doesn’t take the time to read. Wish the app would also allow for feedback on the employees. Will not be coming back to this location.

The young woman who took our order was not at all friendly. We took our food to go and the entire order was wrong. The drinks were not the sizes ordered or paid for. The sausage mcmuffins were missing the green chili we ordered and we were short a hash brown.

Food and service is always . My go to every day. I found it rude that the big bald guy told the staff it’s awefull with a mis colored patch on the roof when this location is way better then the one buy my house Wyoming and central. The staff work hard to keep this place really clean ❤️ to have the guy shut them down with words ! In front of customers just can’t do that !

Just moved here about 3 weeks ago. Have gone a total of 6 times now. 3 of those 6 times, I got tea. The tea itself was incredibly old and sour – it was pale in color and cloudy as though the container it had been in hasn’t been cleaned. One of them was so sour and old that I had residual nausea all day, was almost convinced I had food poisoning or something lol. The rest of those times, I’ve gotten a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. Each time, I’ve had to tell them I would like to keep the cheese and not have the egg. I’ve considered telling them that I’d rather a sausage mcgriddle with cheese instead of a number 6 no egg, but after today it was pretty much confirmed to me that there is no helping whoever runs that counter after I was given a sausage mcgriddle for the price of a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. Please get something fixed over there.
