I stopped in for a much needed iced coffee for the last leg of our trip. The staff was very, very nice. However, the product was more like 6 oz of coffee with 16 oz of creamer. Compared to the iced coffee I had left from the donut shop at my last stop, it tastes like cream-colored water. And they were out of suger. Still need my fix 🙁

So I know they upped the minimum wage and they make like $14/hrs there, if I’m wrong then I’m sorry but still. They never put more than one pickle on any sandwich and they never make sure it is a good looking sandwich. The patties are never lined up on top of each other proper, like it’s 1/4 of the patty on top of the other patty while the rest hangs out. That’s most of my sandwiches from here. And the customer service is not so bad, and I know it’s a very high traffic area and they deal with the public constantly, but they could have better manners, just saying.

Food is mediocre; absolutely terrible for the price. Terrible management as well as a lacking staff team (they can’t keep staff longer than a week, so I’m not surprised everyone’s so disorganized). Incredibly slow at making orders (depends heavily of course, but every time I go in to pick up a delivery or my own food, it is *always* at least 15 minutes.)

I absolutely appreciate that the lovely drive thru attendant (ahbryonna) was refreshingly honest on a item I was considering ordering. she saved me from paying for something that I ultimately would not have enjoyed. it’s nice that there are still folks who are true to thier roots and focus on what customer service really is. thank you!!!
