Of course most McDonald’s are about the same, but I had a wonderful service experience from Alexa. She was very courteous and efficient, going out of her way to fix my drive through order that was prepared incorrectly. Thank you!

One star almost feels like too many. If I had experienced slow service on a particularly busy day, I wouldn’t post a negative review. If I had experienced 1 or 2 long waits, I would almost certainly let it slide. This particular McDonalds has repeatedly and consistently taken a ridiculously long time for orders. You pull up at the drive through and often wait 3-5 minutes before someone acknowledges you. It’s worse when you walk inside. I’ve stood at the front for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. Then you order and wait…. and wait… and wait. I’ve waited in the drive through (where you can’t escape) for 45 minutes before. It’s egregious and unacceptable. Wish I could give this McDonalds 0 stars.

I tried to place an order using the McDonald’s app but it wasn’t working and hasn’t worked for 2 weeks. So I went to the drive through placed my order and asked for the app discounts that I always get. The person who took my order said that they are not responsible for the app and I can’t have the discount. I asked for the manager to meet me at the window. When I got to the window and asked her about the discount she said that they are not responsible for the app and that there’s no discounts and since I was being very rude that they were not going to serve me. At this point in time I had not been rude, but when I asked for the district managers name and number and she wouldn’t give it to me I did become rude. She told me to leave without my order. If this is the way McDonald’s works I would recommend that this store should be closed until they can retrain the managers and personnel in proper customer service. Maybe better yet just close this one all together. No one should stop at this store at all. This is the willow creek store.

I come to McDonalfs because of there attentionnto food allergies amd awareness of cross contamination. I am sad to day that you failed terribly today and when asked for help your staff treated me terribly. I have been a patron for generation, even out of country and never have I been treated as terribly as I was today. They did not represent McDonalds well.

Went through the drive-thru and the app didn’t work. Was told it didn’t work. Another code popped up and that didn’t work either. I said that we needed to fix this and was told they weren’t serving me. Drove to the window asked for the manager. The person told me she was the manager and to leave because I was rude. Never raised my voice or cussed. I’m stunned.

This location has tanked. Ordered food at 9:25 PM, got our drinks, no receipt, and had to go thru drive thru twice just to get a refund because they never made the food. Finally could leave by 10:11. There were only 6 other cars in that time who all got food.

Whent through the drive thru a crazy line and instead of having people pull up when their food wasn’t ready they just kept them in line. After placing my order I tried to put my coupon in she kept telling my that it was experienced finally worked after she got it in and then she didn’t actually put it through she completely didn’t know what she was doing. After getting the food they got things wrong. After didn’t know what they were doing.
