We were kicked out because I had a service dog and this employee asked me for “paperwork” for my dog and I said there isn’t any papers for service dogs and she yelled at us and being rude and said she was going to call the cops on us because we didn’t have any papers… so she told us to leave and we left…my service dog wasn’t doing ANYTHING! he was just under the table…

I actually really like this McDonald’s. I like the cleanliness and decoration of the interior and the parking and drive through our convenient. There are many flies in the building, I have come to this McDonald’s several times and there’s always a lot of flies.

This is much nicer with the remodel. My favorite thing about it is that it’s rarely overcrowded to walk in and sit down. The drive through will have a long wait during prime hours like most. The accuracy when you do use the drive through is pretty good here and the food is always fresh.

It’s fast food I get it. However for not being all that busy, I expected better service. I went through the drive through and was told to pull forward and wait. After waiting for a bit I got thirsty and asked politely for a cup of water. The guy responded with a very rude attitude and sighed and went to go grab it. He proceeded to come back and say that ” I can’t be doing that”. If it was such an inconvenience, then he could have told me to drive back around. Terrible customer service. The guy was not clean shaven and had glasses didn’t catch their name. Will not be returning

It’s fast food. Seems that it depends on the staff if you will get your food quickly and also if it will be fresh or cold. I spoke the the person at the drive thru window and she was kind and apologetic. Fries got remade and came out hot and fresh.

I am from France and do not have a lot of money here . I went throu the Drive through and only had change to pay. I was asked «is change ALL you have?»followed by laughs . The man said he’s not going to sit there and count change (which should be accepted) and that I need to get real money . As I drove away embarrassingly I could hear them mocking of my accent . I will never come back here . The McDonald’s in Europe are much more professional

Ok here we go again , this is the closest to my house but the worst for a longtime, no ice cream for months, I just left order 763 waited forever no cheese on double , workers keep looking in burger tray all 3 were empty and he kept looking like they would magically appear, im going back tomorrow to complain to manager and I dont do that ever, the poor guy in charge was doing his very best but the rest of the crew couldn’t care less ,and many people in there trying to fix their order , I was home before I realized and just couldn’t put myself thru more agony by going back
