Personally this location needs new staff at the drive thru. We had a miserable (taller) person says (KS }13) handing over the food part in 2 nd window I asked for salt and pepper with FOUR egg sandwiches she handed us ONE small packet – SERIOUSLY !!! Then her face was miserable when I asked her if she’d take a cup back she pointed to the trash can with look of disgust and said throw it out there. When people are traveling 4 hours in car they look for happy people not miserable “hate my job@ type people

The ice cream machine was down. Per the CSR, i had been down for the past week. This is very typical of McDonald’s. The worst part was that the store was disgusting. See attached photos. Upside: My fries and double cheese burger was fine.

Stopped on our drive home to Phoenix from Vegas to use the restroom and get my daughter a quick snack. We decided not to get any food because the restaurant has a significant bug problem. They were all over the bathroom and all over the restaurant floor. Dead ones and alive ones. Absolutely disgusting.

I’m not really a big fan of McDonald’s, but it was convenient. I was however impressed with the cleanliness of the restroom and even the sound quality of the music in the restroom.
