Legitimately the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Sup par service is practically expected of you’re eating out these days. Quality employees who actually want to do their job are few and far between. My latest order was probably the worst I’ve had. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a filet o fish sandwich. The burger was a sloppy mess but nothing could have prepared me for my filet o fish. I’ll let the picture do the talking. You seriously should be ashamed.

A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive thru and the young lady employee spilled the drink for my toddlers happy meal as she was handing it to me. She was so apologetic and insisted on giving me something to make up for it. She handled the situation with such grace and calm and I was very impressed. I declined any add ons to my meal as I just appreciated her attitude to the situation. When I got home I realized that they had snuck in some extra items for me and my family and we were blown away by the customer service. I’ve never really thought of reviewing/writing about a McDonald’s before but wanted this interaction to be known. Thank you!

This is definitely not a well run McDonalds. They all seem to have some kind of dysfunction, this one more than most I’ve been to. Crazy to think that a good experience is the exception rather than the rule. I go to this location often because of its location to me and I would say that maybe out of the last 10 times I’ve been there I’ve had maybe 2 pleasant visits. Cold food is the worst offender, followed by inattentive staff, Kiosks that won’t flip to the lunch menu an hour past breakfast hours, long wait times and incorrect orders. I like McDonalds, it’s a shame that so many of them are run so badly.

Great in the morning but later afternoon/night is always questionable. If you order exactly how an item comes you might be okay but if you customize there’s a 90% chance it’ll be wrong even if you ask while paying and getting the food handed to you. Several times now I have gone there and the fries and nuggets definitely taste like they have been previously cooked and then warmed up with an extra drop in the fryer to make them appear fresh. The 3 stars is for the morning shift, it would be only 1 star if if was for the night crew.

I will never return. They were not busy last night at 10PM. I order four ten piece chicken nuggets for my family. We waited 20 minutes at #1 spot. And Every single chicken nugget was cardboard. You couldn’t even eat one because it was dark dark dark brown. I took one bite and it sounded like biting into hard candy. 40 nuggets all nasty and went into the trash. The owners of this operation should be revoked their ability to operate.

Constantly out of several items. Don’t bother if you want to order what you want. No ice cream ever available in Arizona is a problem. The food that is served is dried out. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Bad management is responsible. Hope corporate reads this. I always have to drive another 2 miles if I actually want food from McDonald’s

Ordered 4 burgers with only ketchup and instead was given 4 burgers with onion, pickles, mustard and tons of ketchup. There was so much ketchup it was all over the wrappers and on the outside of the bun.
