Worst McDonalds *ever*! Dined in, cashier messed messed up my order completely, but didn’t give me a receipt after I paid, so I didn’t know till our disgusting order was up! I ordered the Bacon Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with Medium Fries & Large Caramel Macchiato substituted for the beverage. What I got was a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with NO BACON & *STILL RAW* in the middle of *BOTH PATTIES*, SMALL Fries, LARGE Fountain Beverage & 1 SMALL Caramel Macchiato *AT ADDITIONAL COST*! When I spoke to the Manager about my Macchiato, all he would do to fix it is actually give me the Large Beverage cup I had already paid for but not received! Then when I asked him what temperature he believed my burger had been cooked to, he snottily replied “175!”, even though I was showing him the raw burger I had been given! I asked him to please make it again, but the correct burger I actually ordered (with Bacon) & meat cooked to a proper temperature & he did….still no bacon. When asked why, he replied that I didn’t pay for bacon, even though I ordered it & already tried to pay for it! This place sucks! Go elsewhere, for your own safety!!!

First ever 1 star review. 18 minute 4 car wait, handed wrong bag in and out of car in front us and then to us, fries had an obviously accidental amount of salt, 3 people standing at the window laughing holding bag not handing out the window. Embarrassing staffing at 5:45pm today.

It’s 11:30 pm and I can almost guarantee that nice woman was working all alone tonight. I never seen anybody else in the store and if it’s true, that woman deserves a raise! Customer service was amazing! Even with multiple cars in the drive thru, she made the food taste better than places w 5 people behind the counter!

The younger dark hair girl who took my order at the first window messed it up. I asked for fresh fries and she gave me old ones. I asked the older lady with blonde short hair for new fries & she had me pull up for fresh ones. She apologized for it not being right the first time & gave me extra fries for the trouble even though it was no trouble at all. I wasn’t upset at all & didn’t mind but she still went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Thank you for being patient and kind & being a great person & employee!

I Came into this location to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer and I was greeted by Joey the current crew chief. I rarely experience this type of wonderful customer service and I wasn’t even eating there! Joey has been at this location there for nearly 7 years and says he wants to make the world a better place one day and one customer at a time!
