ok i never ever write google reviews bc thats cringe but this is quite possibly the worst mcdonalds in the greater phx area. ik fast food is rough trust me but once i waited about 5-10 mins bc the car in front of me at the window just needed some dipping sauces. i saw them get their food and then not pull forward so i assumed they were waiting on more but it was just dipping sauces. not sure if the worker was ignoring them or what.

The worst experience I ever had in my life….I visited this restaurant a few days ago and waited over 25 minutes to get my order and because the ice cream machine wasn’t working right I wasn’t able to get half of my order and as a result money had to be refunded to me which required the store manager to do it.

Ordered a gift card. Service was fast. In and out within 5mins. However the drive thru line was long. It appeared to be moving fast. Customer service was awesome. Manager was very patient considering the register was having trouble printing a gift receipt. While I was there a customer complemented an employee on the wonderful coffee, cappuccino ( not sure what type of coffee it was) he had made.

My brother and i went thru the drive thru I got a big mac and he got a McFish sandwich is wasn’t great and my big mac had no 2 patties. First time ever ordering that at any McDonalds this place is the worst. I hope I do not get food poisoning. My bro had dropped me off from work so there was nothing I could do. So F.Y.I. Always check your food before you leave that place.

Mary Ann Diego is a horrible manager and allows her employees to have the same horrible attitude. Went in to pick up a mobile order and was lied to and said that my order wasn’t for this location. I showed them the app that specified it was their location and that my food had already been paid for and an employee continued with “well it’s not in our system, so I don’t know what to tell you” and I let them know I wasn’t leaving until they figured it out because my food was already paid for. Mary then walks over to the POS system only to find my order that had been there the whole time and her response was “well it was put in a while ago that’s why we couldn’t find it” and I responded “ I don’t care, that’s not my problem” to which the manager Mary responded “well I can just ban you from this location.” So there’s the story of how I got banned from McDonald’s due to employees and management not properly doing their jobs. I will also be reaching out to Headquarters as to the legality of being banned over a minute situation that the manager Mary could have easily prevented and resolved.

Poor Customer Service. Rude, uneducated , bad attitude. Slow workers gossiping with each other instead of working. Never wear gloves nor ever seen them wash their hands. Play area has soda spills and food crumbs everywhere. Maybe they should hire a cleaning company, with a new crew. I got a free meal from their supervisor and he got them wearing gloves last time I was here. Maybe he quit with these bad employees.

Manager & Cashier rude AF! They definitely need to hire better employees. The manager had one of the most disgusting attitude ever. I ordered a happy meal & a couple of other stuff. They didn’t add everything to the happy meal such as fries & drinks. I was so disappointed. Not recommended!

Horrible service we pull up to the drive through and always get sent to park in the front and wait for more than 15min. I always have to get out of my car and ask for the food. Orders are always wrong. Staff seems to be lost all the time. No organization what so ever.
