Service is usually good. But, what makes this establishment a 1 star is the ability to never produce fresh food. Their nuggets are consistently cold and dry and their sandwiches are consistently slathered in mayo. Don’t order chicken from this restaurant. Go across the street and get better food.

We used to live nearby and since we’ve moved my kids beg to come back to this one because it’s just better than the others. The playplace is grander than the others and all the seating is prime for keeping an eye on my little ones. As for the food, it tastes like any other McDonald’s. We’re fans.

I ordered using the app and selected drive thru, but as I drove up I saw a cool Playplace and decided we would eat inside. I talked to 5 different employees and no one could figure out how to talk to the drive thru and ask them to make it dine in. So the managers solution was for me to WALK MY TODDLER through the drive thru, and carry my order around the building to eat it inside. So I carried my 3 year old, in 95 degree heat, standing in between cars to talk to the drive thru and ask for my order. Then I had to carry two drinks and two bags of food into the store. Once I got inside the restaurant, the woman mopping would only mop around my seat. I was the only patron dining in. The only two paying customers. She mopped around me at least five times, and it was the most irritating thing I’ve ever experienced. Just, the worst experience dining of my life. How is the solution for me to WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU? What? Just wild dude. Wild.
