Well, it’s open! Here is my review (for now). So many thoughts. It has a very modern look inside. Reminds me of an airport terminal. You cannot see the employees cooking behind the order desk. That is all hidden now. It’s kinda dark where you order inside. Not showy or flashy. The dining area is a nice size but definitely not very big. There are self-order kiosks. There are power outlets at each table (no USB). There are wheelchair accessible tables. Many tables are labeled for mobile orders. There is a door to the cooking area right at the front entrance. I can tell they are geared up for employees to go straight outside for mobile orders and the drive-thru-order waiting area. The garbage cans are the nice non-touch electronic kind. In order to use the restroom you have to have an employee (sign says to see the manager) buzz open the doors. I really hope that doesn’t last. Especially with there being a play place… we are washing our hands a lot going back and forth between playing and eating. The condiments area is sparse! No drink refill station. Only a ketchup fountain, a napkin dispenser, and two tea dispensers. Where’s the soda? The kids loved the play area, especially the log roll toy and also the blue roller conveyer belt toy. There is a shoe cubby. There is a toddler area within the play equipment. There are tables in by the play equipment which is super helpful for us parents of course. There is a hand wipes kiosk in the play area. That’s at least something but doesn’t make up for the locked bathrooms (to wash hands) in my opinion. The bike rack is helpful outside. Plenty of parking for pick up. The drive thru area is spacious. I like the trees they planted in the parking lot. Our order taker gave a sigh of frustration when my husband added to the order that she thought she was finished with. So sorry, he said. But she should get used to that happening and keep a smile on her face anyways! The food was the same as any other McDonalds. The prices seems the same as well. Overall I didn’t love the look and feel inside. Opening day was underwhelming. But I know we’ll be back… because well… the location is great for us, there’s nothing else around, and who doesn’t love some fried food. As soon as they unlock the bathroom doors, my review stars will go up.

Liked the play area, friendly staff by KS#1. The only thing missing is that no drinks refills outside the lobby, oy sweet and unsweet tea in the lobby. You have to ask for the rest

I had a mobile order for a 20 piece nugget, and a large Diet Coke. I saw one person actually working: the manager. I saw probably 8 other employees dancing, standing around, and doing nothing to actually better the business. After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to yell for someone to help me while standing by the counter. After asking how long it would take for me to get my order, the worker snapped at me “I’ve been waiting for fries!” when I didn’t even order fries. After waiting even longer for my order, my nuggets were cold and 2 more people in the dinning room had the same long wait issue, and were yelling at the workers. I overheard the manager, the only one working, say of how he “doesn’t even want to be here,” and laughing making jokes with his employees that weren’t doing a thing. No sense of control, delegation, or professionalism at all. By far the worst McDonald’s along the Wasatch front.

Drive thru is really good. Pretty fast and usually gets my order correct.

Bathrooms are locked, you need a worker to open for you, when you have a play place and children needing to go pee within a moments notice this is not ideal. No drink station, and they “aren’t allowed” to mix drinks (sprite with Powerade). They act annoyed that you ask for a refill. My order has always been right, when completed on the app, and I’ve never had to wait, but I hate coming here to eat inside because of constantly having to need a worker for sauces, drinks, bathrooms….

Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets via the mobile app 5 minutes before arriving. After we arrived we waited for 24 minutes in the drive through with MINIMAL movement. Just had to leave because we were now 20 minutes late to our movie. So so SO annoyed.

We have used the app and ordered here now 7 times. I have yet to see my sauces appear without me having to specifically ask for them. I now have trust issues with them when it comes to sauce delivery. I can over look sloppy cheese and patty construction. However, it is heartbreaking to return home and find a whole 10 piece missing from my order. This location is so close to home but I am willing to drive further out to other ones. If I ever was to go here again I would search my bag and ask for sauces before leave. Staff is very friendly though.

When it started it was great, now horrible. Constantly wrong order. If you come in the drive-thru they’ll have the drinks served already meaning the drinks are freaking flat. Nothing worse than a flat drink. Ah yeah cold saggy fries. I’ll go back to buying at SS location as is less bad.
