Stopped through on 8-5-23. Drive through was pretty busy so went inside. The inside was not welcoming at all. The girl working the register took my brothers order then ignored me when I ordered so that was irritating. Got food ordered, was given a plastic order thing, and went and set down. The dining area had two/three other people waiting on food. TWENTY MINUTES later someone drops the food off. Now what did I get that took twenty minutes to prepare? I got mostly soggy barely above room temperature fries and a VERY greasy burger that I’m regretting partially eating. Glad I live in another state so I’ll never have to go to this location again. I’m debating never going into a McDonald’s again. That was an unpleasant experience.

This place has gone downhill. Their drive through makes no sense. You can pull up to either lane and no joke 3 cars will get through before you even have a chance to get to the order window. When i asked if this issue could be explained no one cared. Then on top of being dismissed like yesterday’s garbage, the one thing i wanted (a smoothie) was not available. What an epic fail east side McDonald’s.

I ordered a mcchicken wich was on the drive thru menu went thru got my food and then went back in because it was a spicy mcchicken and I have an ulcer so cannot eat spicy things, but they would not fix it claiming they don’t sell mcchickens and wouldn’t give me another option to replace it even though they gave me the wrong food. This is ridiculous you need to listen to what constomers order and if you don’t have it you need to let it be know so people with these type of health issues don’t end up not eating or hurting there stomachs because that’s all they could get.
