They made me pull forward (of course) and the two cars behind me had to pull forward then 5 cars behind me PLUS the two cars that also had to pull forward got served. I ended up going into the store to ask what the …. And the lady was just like, (imagine a thick jersey accent) “yeah, I’ll be right out.” *Eye roll*. Like I hadn’t been sitting there for over 15 minutes. It is 6minutes for chicken, 3 for fries. Shouldn’t take longer than 9 to get it out to the customer. At least that’s how it was 10 years ago so I’m sure the cook time is a little quicker.

Whether I order from Doordash or in person, my order is always wrong. I try to be calm and nice about it when I have to get it fixed, but it happens so often that it gets frustrating. Depending on what employee you talk to you have the nice ones and the really rude ones. I don’t recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone with all the problems they have with getting orders wrong.

I said there’s nobody behind us..to which he replied. ” Yea since you wasted my time” Fries were cold and stale. Took two different transactions for our refund to take place.
