If you want to die young, eat McD’s highly processed food. Since their menu items are loaded with saturated fats, simple carbohydrates & tons of sodium they pretty much guarantee your time on the third rock will be limited. Have a nice healthy day by staying away! Full disclosure; I haven’t eaten a McD’s in over 40 years because I care about my health. This time our food my grandson and mine the fries were cold like it been sitting there for hrs. Don’t know why cause on drive threw there was a long line , so I expected the food to be hot. It wasn’t even warm . plus its a waist of time calling cause you really do t know if you really talking to a manager, I was already home plus it was in the evening my grandson was hungry . So I go to macdonalds as my girls wanted breakfast from there, and as always they never fail to amaze me with their horrible service. Employees are rude and don’t even bother to say good morning or acknowledge you as the customer you are. Then I get my food and check to make sure it’s correct as they always get something wrong ( again the lack is quality customer service as all they care about is the sale). And I check my coffee and they gave me half a cup of coffee on both of my coffees. It’s not the fact the coffee is half empty that upsets me it’s the fact that they don’t even bother to check their product as all they care about is sales I get it all companies are for profit but take time to look at the service you provide as it looks like their employees are miserable and that’s at every Macdonald’s location. Why can’t they provide the service like Chic fillet or jack in the box or even in and out. The simple fact of acknowledging you customer and caring about them rather then just seeing them as a number. I know you all are not going to do anything to change it but you should be aware on how you operate your business and it’s not very customer friendly ultimately we pay for the meal and we choose to go there.
