The door says that dinning in closes at 10 on Sunday but the staff decided to close at 9:26. We couldn’t pull through the drive thur because we were pulling a RV. The solution this “ manager” gave us was to walk through the drive-thur.

Took my 10 yr old grandson in, service was prompt. However, had to ask for our cups for drinks. There were only 3 customers in the dining area and they got 2 of the orders wrong(one order wrong twice). The crew was horse playing around in the kitchen and cursing like no other. I brought it to the manager’s attention and she replied “yeah I can’t control them and laughed it off”. Maybe she is not manager material?

Just went to your new McDonalds at 58th and Georgia last night. Ended up waiting almost TWO HOURS for my order of 60 McNuggets and 4 medium fries. Ordered at 7pm, got there and my order pickup option disappeared from the screen, like it had already been picked up. Had to go inside and talk to the manager to finally figure out what was going on. By that time it was around 7:30pm. They said they would get it made for me right away. Except it took another hour and 20 minutes. All the time waiting I could hear someone occasionally saying hey that’s guys still waiting for his 60 nuggets and 4 medium fries. But I guess they didn’t care that much. The manager left the store around 8:20 and I still had to wait until around 8:50 until I finally got all of my order. The nuggets actually came out about 10 minutes earlier and then I had to sit and wait for the fries. When I got home half the nuggets were stale cold and undercooked, the others were obviously from a different batch. McDonalds used to be our go-to place for quick family meals. Looking for other options now.

Just went through the drive through for this. McDonald’s took 30 minutes of me waiting. And after someone else pulled up next to me and asked me what I ordered. Because she got the wrong order. I went inside and asked for the food. I paid for which wasn’t even correct when I got it.

Ordered delivery and received no bbq for my nuggets even though I specifically ordered it. I don’t understand why managers don’t stress the importance of making sure orders are complete. Doesn’t matter if it’s delivery or pick up. Never do they have everything in the bag that I ordered. People are going to stop being customers to restaurants that can’t be responsible enough or professional enough to make sure orders are complete. No sauce for nuggets is like ordering a grilled cheese sandwich and just getting bread. Why is it so difficult to put everything the customer orders into the bag? Can people not read? I don’t understand it.

Pulled up to drive thru and was told they close at 10, on a Saturday. The sign on the door says they don’t close until 12. I work the graveyard shift and that is the cheapest place in between my house and my job. Now I’m late and haven’t even eaten anything before my 8 hour shift.
